Requirements

1. Complete copy of event contract must be provided to Standard Contractors Group not less than thirty (30) days prior to event scheduled presentation date.
2. Site must be available for, and host, on-site inspection by Standard Contractors Group Crowd Management personnel at least fourteen (14) days prior to event scheduled presentation date.
3. Site management personnel must meet with Standard Contractors Group Crowd Management personnel in a meeting held at least ten (10) days prior to event scheduled presentation date.
4. Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Services representatives must meet with Standard Contractors Group Crowd Management Personnel in a meeting to be held not less than seven (7) days prior to event scheduled presentation date.
5. Recommended remediation (if any) must be completed, inspected and approved by the appropriate agency not later than three (3) days prior to event scheduled presentation date.
